Gonna Get my Flambo on and make Spanakopita today. I tried to make this about 54 years ago. Haven't done it since. Got my Phyllo dough, feta cheese, spinach and...stuff.....will write about it later....... Will alter the recipe some, using olive oil instead of vegetable oil.
